Corporate Secretary (Dallas TX)

The Corporate Secretary will consult and support various corporate legal processes such as intellectual property, commercial service contracts, mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance matters. This position requires a business and solution-oriented mindset, and an innate client-service mentality. Good judgment and emotional maturity are key qualitative job requirements.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • J.D. desired, or master’s college degree in a related field and experience as an attorney with 3-5
    years of corporate law experience; capital markets, finance, or securities law experience, at a
    large law firm or publicly traded corporation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ex; Excel, Word,
    PowerPoint skills desired.

Wellfield Maintenance (San Diego & Kingsville TX)

The Wellfield Maintenance is responsible for Installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, structures, and pipe in and around company well field by performing the following duties. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment used in and around well field.

Monitor and listen for unusual sounds from well field machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery used in well field. Installs and repairs broken pipe, casing, and or any related well field equipment. All other duties as assigned.

Employee must have the ability and willingness to work up to a 12-hour shift outdoors, must be willing to work overtime when required and approved by Superintendent, and must have the ability and willingness to work alternating day and night shifts.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Related experience and/or training.

CDL HAZMAT Drivers (San Diego & Kingsville TX)

The CDL HAZMAT drivers are responsible for transporting materials to and from various locations. Transporting and picking up and dropping off at the designated locations. Following safety protocols throughout the pickup, transport, and delivery of the materials. Checking all labels on materials. Ensuring shipments of products are correct and undamaged. Driving directed truck routes carrying materials. Adjusting driving routes is necessary to account for weather, road conditions and traffic. oEnsuring the prompt delivery of time-sensitive materials. Handling maintenance procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Must have a valid class A driver’s license and HAZMAT certification.
  • CDL Class A HAZMAT.
  • One plus Years of verifiable commercial driving experience or 80 hours of training. Clean driving record.

Onsite Mechanic (Encino TX)

The Shop Mechanic inspects, diagnoses, and repairs gas and diesel-powered vehicles. Machinery like trucks, forklifts, and trailers. The main duties will include maintaining and running diagnostic tests on machinery and vehicles, replacing the vehicles’ engine, transmission, steering mechanism or braking system and testing driving the vehicle to determine if they properly fixed the maintenance issue. Shop Mechanic collaborates with other team members to ensure vehicles and machinery are safely and efficiently operating to the company’s needs. All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • High School or GED or combination of training and experience.
  • Three plus years’ experience as
    a mechanic repairing gas and diesel vehicles.
  • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and a
    safe driving record.
  • Must be able to work overtime, nights, weekends as needed.

Radiation Safety Technician

As an Industrial Radiation Safety Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all radiation-related activities in our facility comply with safety regulations and procedures. Perform radiation surveys using specialized equipment to identify and quantify radiation levels. Monitor radiation exposure of employees and implement control measures to reduce exposure. Develop and maintain radiation safety procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide radiation safety training to employees, contractors, and visitors. Maintain and calibrate radiation detection equipment. Respond to radiation emergencies and incidents. All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Four (4) weeks of generalized training (up to two (2) weeks on the job training) in radiation health
    protection applicable to uranium recovery facilities.
  • One (1) year of work experience using sampling and analytical laboratory procedures that involve
    health physics, industrial hygiene, or industrial safety measures to be applied in a uranium recovery
    facility; or

  • High school diploma

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Three (3) months of specialized training (one (1) month may be on the job training) in radiation
    health protection relevant to uranium recovery facilities.
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience in applied radiation protection.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving history
